World Fair
This year’s world fair, “Better City – Better Life” will be held in Shanghai, China. Interns will get to visit 5 pavilions that explore different aspects of urban development. The pavilions will be housed in the largest structure of its kind in the history of world expositions.
Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China, which was built in the 5th century BC and stretches for 8,900 km, is considered “one of the mightiest work of man.” Interns in Beijing will visit some popular sections, such as the “North Pass” and “West Pass.” Those who are adventurous can hike up steep slopes and take in breathtaking views!
Group Dinners
Intrax arranges welcome and going away dinners for the group at a variety of Chinese restaurants. While in China you’ll get to taste regional cuisine, including Cantonese, Szechuan, Shandong and Huaiyang. From the traditional to the distinctive, there will be a sampling of food to please every palette!
