Trip to Costa Brava
Interns will take a day trip to Tossa de Mar, a coastal resort on the Costa Brava, Catalonia’s rugged coast. A maze of winding streets, dotted with boutique-style shops, cozy bars and restaurants, Tossa de Mar also offers 3 superb beaches and famous coves perfect for sunbathers. The underwater rock formations are great for scuba divers and snorkelers!
Trip to Valencia
Day trip to sundrenched Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, will include visits to sites like:
- Llotja de la Seda, a Gothic-style building, considered a World Historic Site
- City of Arts and Sciences, an avant-garde and futuristic museum complex
- Popular squares which contain many restaurants and bars, such as Plaça de l'Ajuntament and Plaça de la Verge
Group Dinners
Intrax arranges welcome and going away dinners for the group at popular, lively Catalan restaurants. Like its culture, Catalan cuisine contains strong European and Mediterranean influences. Dinner typically starts around 9pm – get ready for some great food and good times with your fellow interns!
