Internship Description:
Accor Services has been managing prepaid products and services that facilitate the lives of employees and citizens for 40 years. Accor Services’ Madrid office is looking for an ambitious intern to analyze its sales processes in 15 countries around Southern Europe and Latin America.
Skill & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills to build relations with both internal and external clients in a variety of countries
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Flexible, energetic, and motivated
- Interest in both sales and marketing with an appreciation for management consulting
Sample Projects:
The intern will conduct an extensive benchmarking study of Accor Services’ franchises around Europe and Latin America. S/he will contact franchise Sales directors to compare sales processes and CRM tools. S/he will then synthesize the findings into a final presentation given to senior management in Barcelona at the end of the summer.
