Internship Description:
The Beijing Marriott Hotel City Wall is a center for activity and luxury in China’s capital city and a stunning landmark in the center of Beijing. With over 4000 sq meters of meeting space, a pillar-less ballroom and internet-accessible meeting rooms, this hotel hosts many important events and business meetings. With over 600 employees and 1312 elegantly decorated rooms, it is also the largest Marriott Hotel outside the United States!
Skill & Experience Required:
At Beijing Marriot Hotel City Wall priority will be given to interns who:
1. Speak an extra language such as Japanese, Korean, French, Germany and Italian
2. Have experience and/or education in hotel management and hospitality
3. Demonstrate interest in international hotel chains, hotel marketing and public relations
4. Have experience in event planning
Sample Projects:
An intern at the Beijing Marriot Hotel City may:
1) Market and organize events
2) Assist hotel management by arranging language trainings
3) Write press releases for new events or projects held at the Marriot
4) Participate first-hand in all stages of hotel service
