Internship Description:
Kokkyo naki Kodomotachi (KnK) or “Children without Borders “ is a non-profit organization spun off from Medicins Sans Frontières. KnK is devoted to supporting underprivileged children in Asia. Assisting partners include the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT), and the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Skill & Experience Required:
- Passion for the mission of supporting underprivileged children in Asia
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Friendly personality, team spirit and flexibility
- Motivation to work and to learn about Japan
Sample Projects:
Projects during this internship will include:
- Organize fair trade retail business
- General support for mission-related activities
- Ongoing administration responsibilities such as translation and expense tracking
