Skill & Experience Required:
The ideal candidate must have an interest in recruitment as a profession, and be energetic, enthusiastic, methodical and organized. Enthusiasm, organization, resourcefulness and the ability to think outside the box are critical. A keen interest in people is key to success – learning what motivates them, what their goals are, and what their strengths and weaknesses are.
Sample Projects:
Interns will shadow partners, Junior Associates and our Office Manager through every aspect of running a recruitment business. They will have the opportunity to get involved with the whole of the recruitment process, from interviewing candidates, visiting clients, writing ad copy, updating the database, marketing candidates to clients and facilitating placements. They will also be expected to help with some office administration duties.
