Internship Description:
Fiserv Revenue Enhancement Solutions is the consultancy group of Fiserv dedicated to banks and financial institutions with offices in the United States, London, Madrid and Paris. Combining marketing, financial and technical processes, teams use their quantitative and business expertise to address pricing and banks’ revenues concerns.
As part of its business, the London office is looking for an intern who will participate in the support of delivering successful consulting projects:
- Understanding of the client’s issues and needs
- Understanding of the client’s constraints and internal processes
- Collecting data and necessary information
- Competitive analysis
- Brainstorming and design of alternative solutions
- Presentation development support
Skill & Experience Required:
Due to the multitasking nature, the position requires an appetite for quantitative aspects (including modelling / database and finance) and marketing curiosity/creativity. It is particularly suitable for candidates wishing to pursue management / strategy consulting or retail banking either in management control or marketing.
- Personal qualities: Entrepreneurial, Fast-learner, Quick and easy to train
- Industry knowledge: Interest in retail banking and its products
- Computer Skills: Excel required, Access preferred, and MS Office
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a definite plus.
Sample Projects:
The Intern might be placed on one of our current projects, supporting the project team. This could be in London or elsewhere.
