Internship Description: 

SHIGERU YOKOTA Inc. is a unique art gallery in the Tokyo Bay area. The gallery specializes in post-war Japanese art and its collection is highly esteemed around the world. This is a great opportunity for students with an appreciation for art and an interest in gallery management.

Skill & Experience Required: 

Enthusiasm and commitment to the job responsibilities are paramount for this unique position. As in any Japanese company, a respectful attitude is essential for working in a team and with clients. A cheerful personality is also required.

Sample Projects: 

The intern will support the gallery administration and operation. Additional projects will include editing art catalogues and portfolios and preparing and maintaining the gallery’s collection.
