Internship Description:
Beijing Relation Conference & Exhibition Services Co., Ltd is an experienced company specialized in organizing exhibitions and conferences. The company’s projects are conducted with the disciplines of “Profession, Innovation, Specification, and Care”. We are keeping a good relationship with the government of China as well as many enterprises and organizations both home and abroad, knowing that it is of great concern to provide specific and dedicated services to our customers. We are professional and innovation is our motivation.
The company concentrates on plotting public events, using media sources to provide strategic services. Original technology and channels are used to plan and organize conferences and exhibitions in and out of China. We are also providing full service on automobiles, golf, tourism, fashion and many other fields.
So far the company has successfully organized the conferences such Beijing International Tourism Expo, Beijing International Tourism Festival, Chinese Tourism Industry Expo, and Beijing International Golf and Luxury Trade Fair. The exhibition halls are as large as at least 5,000 sq meters, the largest one is about 60,000 sq meters. During the next year, several exhibitions will be held in Beijing and we are looking for native speaking interns to help us.
Skill & Experience Required:
- Good presentation skills and team-working ability
- Able to communicate with simple Chinese
- Active and responsible. Be specific, organized and independent
- Diligent and patient, active and careful, with professional ethics and good working attitude
- Able to use computers and Microsoft Office Software
Sample Projects:
- Communicate with collaborative partners with telephone and coordinate with different sections in the company
- Translation works (both spoken and written)
- Pre-works and on-site service at the exhibition. (Consulting, coordinating, etc.)
