Internship Description:
MyHammer is Europe’s biggest and most successful online building contractor and services platform. The market leader in Germany, MyHammer also has sites in the UK, Austria and the USA. Our platform brings together private individuals looking to have work done with quality tradesmen and handymen capable of carrying out their jobs. Our goal is to increase our lead in Germany and continue promoting international growth. Our interns will join our dedicated workforce in Berlin to improve our services and product features.
Skill & Experience Required:
- Intermediate level of German desired
- Preferably a graduate or post-graduate in communications and/or a business related degree
- A motivated and enthusiastic individual, capable of dealing with pressure and a willing to take on responsibility
Sample Projects:
- Responsible for all PR texts in English (AE/BE)
- Composing English press releases and other PR texts
- Translating/transliterating German press releases and other PR Texts into English
- Supervising our corporate blogs in the UK and the US
- Supervising our English social network accounts (Facebook, Twitter)
- Supporting all of our ongoing PR activities in the UK and the US
