Internship Description:
Job & Talent is an innovative job searching website that introduces social networking functionality to the job search. It shows job seekers how many others are interested in a given job and shows employers people who may be qualified for a given job.
Skill & Experience Required:
- Creative, innovative, and comfortable talking
- Embrace the varied workflow of an entrepreneurial firm Strong work ethic and a good sense of humor
- Interest in (and knowledge of) social networking and recruiting a plus
Sample Projects:
- Web design (developing new features, usability, layout, etc.)
- Create feature analysis and research in order to develop a new product and improve the current ones
- Projects in online marketing, including intensive clients and prospects communication, creating new relations/processes and promotional material
- Support sales and client services on day-to-day activities (e.g. client management, CRM)
