Intrax Internships Abroad is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities to our participants. Please review the resources and listings provided below if you are interested in applying for a scholarship or if you are in need of financial aid.

Intrax Internships Abroad Scholarships

Global Leaders Scholarship

For the summer of 2012, the Global Leaders scholarship will be awarded to two Intrax Internships Abroad interns who show exemplary leadership skills. Each scholarship is valued at $3,000.

Applicants should submit an essay (maximum of 1,000 words) that addresses the following topics:

Past leadership experience: Describe your past experiences that highlight innovative, motivational leadership in an academic, work, or community environment
Career Objectives: Explain your motivation for wanting to intern abroad. How will being a part of Intrax Internships Abroad summer program advance your career?

Only participants who have been interviewed and paid their deposits by February 15, 2012 are eligible for this scholarship. Applications will be sent out on February 15 and due on March 14.

Blogger Scholarship

Intrax Internships Abroad is pleased to offer eight $500 writing scholarships to participants who would like to blog about their international internship experience. Each student will be required to write 10 entries on a number of professional and social topics throughout the summer program, each entry accompanied by engaging photographs and videos.

Only participants who have been interviewed and paid their deposits by February 15, 2012 are eligible for this scholarship. Applications will be sent out on February 15 and due on March 14.

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Scholarship

Intrax Internships Abroad is offering a $1000 scholarship to five (5) of the accepted 2012 Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi interns. This scholarship will automatically be rewarded to the accepted candidates; no application is required. To learn more, please contact our Program Manager.

International Student.com Travel Video Contest

The Grand Prize this year is $4,000! Make a 5 minute or less video explaining why you want to travel abroad. All entries must be received by 5pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday October 31, 2012.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

For US citizen undergraduate students who are current recipients of a Federal Pell Grant. Funded by Congress and administered by the Institute of International Education. You must be receiving academic credit at your home university for the internship. Recipients are chosen by competition and receive up to $5000.
